Go to the following databases:

Compustat, provided by WRDS (you need to obtain your WRDS account).

Use Capital IQ to find SEC filings for public companies:
•    Type a company name or ticker into the main search bar to load the company landing page.
•    On the left side of the page, under 'News, Events & Filings' select SEC Filings.
•    Enter your search criteria such as filing date, keyword search, and many more under 'Advanced Criteria'.

Use LSEG Workspace (formerly Refinitiv Workspace) to find SEC filings for public companies:
•    Type a company name or ticker into the main search bar to load the company overview page.
•    Hover over the Filings tab and select Filings.
•    Use the filters on the left to search the available filings.

Also, use Bloomberg (available in the Financial Room of Barcelona IESE Library. Ask staff for password). Type your company's ticker symbol, then hit the yellow EQUITY key, then type FA and hit the green GO key. In the left-hand column, click on As Reported or Standardized As Reported.

SEC Filings & Forms (EDGAR): To order paper copies of SEC filings not available online, look at Requesting Public Documents.

For public websites go to Corporate Financials Websites:

AnnualReports.com

Annual Reports Service - The Public Register [Registration Required]

EDGAR Company Search

PRARS Annual Report Service

SEDAR - Canadian public company filings.

The Annual Reports Library - "Resource for finding and evaluating annual reports".
