In Orbis you can build your own industry ratios. Type in the industry code in the industry field (SIC, NAICS, etc). Use the lookup table if unknown. You can limit by geography, company size, etc. When search displays fewer than 500 companies, follow the link "Peer Analyses" and look at the median industry ratios that have been computed.

In Factiva under the "Companies/Markets" tab, pull up a company record and under "Reports" select "Ratio Comparison Report".

Use the ThomsonOne.com database. It is common for industry reports to present industry-wide ratios.
Note: this resource only works in Internet Explorer.
