In Thomson One:

  • Click on the Screening & Analysis.
  • Click on Private Equity.
  • Click on the Find by Name.
  • Click on Profiles to expand and then select Firms.
  • Finally, enter your criteria.

Also:

  • Click on Screening & Analysis on the left navigation bar.
  • Click on Private Equity.
  • Click on Companies & Investors and at the top of the screen that comes up select an Entity Type: Company, Firm or Fund.
  • You can screen for investors that operate or have investments by industry, investment round, size of investment, investment type and geography. Click on Open Advanced Options within the search sections for more criteria.
  • Select remaining relevant options and click on Generate Results.
  • The list of results appears in the next screen.

Note: this resource only works in Internet Explorer.
