Do you need a book or journal that is not currently available in our Library collections? You can submit a purchase or subscription request by sending an email to library@iese.edu.
The Library Acquisitions Team will review your request and notify you once a decision has been made.
Please note that subscription requests are reviewed at the end of each year.
If you wish to purchase a book or other resource for your own departmental use (rather than for inclusion in the Library collections), please submit your request through the Purchasing Requisitions module in Oracle Finance. If you need assistance, please contact procurement@iese.edu.
However, we aim to ensure that charging books to departments remains an exceptional practice. This is only permitted when books are purchased with funds specifically allocated to a research project or a Chair, when the subject matter falls outside the scope of the Library’s collections, or when the books are required for intensive, long-term use within the department. The guiding principle is that any materials acquired with IESE funds should remain part of the Library’s holdings, accessible to all users.
