Printing from a Mac is available only for IESE students, participants, staff, and faculty. Alumni Members and Alumni are not allowed to print.
You can print using one of the following two methods:
1. Print to a PaperCut Mailbox
You can send PDF documents directly to the printing system by email.
Important:
• Only PDF documents can be printed with this method. Convert Word, Excel, or other files to PDF before sending.
• Prints are automatically black & white and double-sided.
• To print in colour, please install the Print Agent (see below).
• Once sent, your document can be released from any campus multifunction printer (MFP).
2. Print Agent Installation (recommended)
To print in colour or manage print settings, install the Xerox Print Agent on your Mac.
You must be connected to the IESE Wi-Fi network (not IESE-GUEST).
Installation steps:
1. Open a web browser (Edge, Chrome, or Firefox — not Internet Explorer).
2. Go to the installation URL for your campus:
3. If a security warning appears, choose Advanced settings → Continue.
4. Follow the on-screen installation steps.
5. When sending your first print job, enter your IESE email address and password, and select “Remember password.”
6. Always print on A4 paper size (not Letter).
Once installed, choose PRINTING-BCN or PRINTING-MAD from your printer list when printing a document.
You can then release your print job from any MFP on campus.
To release your print job
At the printer, you can unlock your printouts using one of the following options:
- Swipe your IESE card, or
- Enter your IESE username and password on the touchscreen.
Select “Release a Print Job” and choose the document you wish to print.
