Scanning services are available for IESE students, staff, and faculty on both the Barcelona and Madrid campuses. Alumni Members and Alumni are not allowed to print.

You can scan and send documents directly to your email using the Xerox VersaLink C405 or AltaLink C8145 multifunction printers.

How to start scanning
To use the device, unlock it using one of the following options:

  1. Swipe your IESE card, or
  2. Tap the keyboard icon on the screen and enter your IESE username and password.

Steps to scan and send a document

  1. On the main screen, select “E-mail.”
  2. Tap on “To:” and enter the recipient’s email address.
  3. If needed, adjust the file format (PDF, JPEG) or resolution.
  4. Place the original document on the feeder or scanner glass.
  5. Press the “Start” button to begin scanning.
    The document will be sent automatically to the specified email address.

Tips

  • Always use A4 paper size.
  • Make sure your IESE email address is correctly entered.
  • If the scan fails, restart the device and try again.
