Do I need a personal account to use eLibro?
No personal account is required to read books online. However, a personal account is needed to access additional features such as downloading titles, creating bibliographic references, or saving books to your bookshelf.
How do I create an eLibro account?
Click on “Register” on the right-hand side of the eLibro home page and sign up using your IESE email address.
If you already have an account, click on “Login”.
What information is available in the book preview?
When you open a document, you will first access the Preview page, where you can view:
• Bibliographic information
• Availability
• Access options and tools
From the preview, you can:
• Read the book online
• Generate a bibliographic reference
• Add the title to your bookshelf
• Download the book
How can I read books on eLibro?
Books can be read in two ways:
1. Online reading
When using the online reader:
• The table of contents and bibliographic information appear on the left
• General tools are displayed at the top
• Additional tools are shown on the right
No personal account is required for this option.
2. Offline reading (downloaded)
Books can be downloaded and read offline on mobile devices, laptops, or PCs using the eLibro Reader App.
How do I download a book?
1. From the book preview page, click “Download”.
2. The book will be added to “My Bookshelf”.
3. Select your device and operating system to install the eLibro Reader App and click “Next”.
- If the app is already installed, continue to the next step.
4. Download the title.
5. If required, authenticate your device by logging in.
Once downloaded, the book will be available in the app for offline reading.
Where can I find help with the eLibro Reader App?
Information on how to download the app, as well as the PIN or QR code required for device authentication, is available in your personal profile.
