How can I access the e-Book?
You should have received an email from Amazon with a link to redeem the e-Book.
The redemption must be completed using an Amazon account associated with your IESE email address.
Which type of Amazon account should I use?
The e-Book must be redeemed using a personal Amazon account.
We strongly advise against using Amazon Business accounts, as these accounts often reject this type of order and, once rejected, the e-Book cannot be recovered.
Can I redeem the e-Book from outside Spain?
No. The e-Book can only be redeemed if the Amazon account is set to Spain.
If you are outside Spain, please ensure that:
• Spain appears as the country in your account preferences (Manage Your Content and Devices → Preferences).
• Spain is set as the default address under Your Addresses (Set as Default).
Which devices can I use to read the e-Book?
The e-Book can be read using the free Kindle app, available for:
• iOS
• Android
• PC
• Mac
It is also compatible with Kindle e-readers and Fire tablets.
