US Bankruptcy Court Caseload Statistics Data Tables - select Bankruptcy filings under the Publication Name drop-down. Includes cases by chapter, district and county. 

The American Bankruptcy Institute also keeps bankruptcy statistics.

For data on Spain, refer to the INE. Bankruptcy Proceedings Statistics (data up to the fourth quarter of 2020). Starting in 2021, the Official College of Property and Commercial Registrars of Spain will compile this data. The information can be accessed through the Statistical Registry Portal.
 

Go to Statista, search by Bankruptcy, and then select Statistics under the Content types filter.
