Use Bloomberg, available at IESE Library, to find data on the percentage of women in a US public company's workforce.

  • Type the company's ticker symbol then hit the yellow <EQUITY> key.
  • Then, type FA ESGS and hit the green <GO> key.

USA:

Go to Women's Bureau from the U.S. Dept. of Labor.
Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
National Women's Business Council.

European Union:

Go to European Comission for Employment, Social Affairs & Inclusion.

Spain:

Go to Instituto de las Mujeres (Ministerio de Igualdad).
