Search Factiva: "Switch Factiva” and go to the previous interface.
- Click the ► sign next to Subject.
- Type "management moves" in the text box next to find Subject.
- Select the company name and then run the search.
Go to Capital IQ:
Screen for changes:
- Mouse over Screening, then click Key Developments.
- In the menu box for Key Developments > View criteria
- Add Corporate Structure Related to the search.
- View results.
To find changes on a specific company:
- Search by company name.
- Under News, Events & Filings on the left side navigation, click Key Developments.
- Expand the Customized View menu to look focus search on Corporate Structure Related.
In Bloomberg (available at Barcelona IESE Library Financial Room). Search the information in news: Type NI WNEWS and press GO.
