To get help on a specific question from a Bloomberg rep, hit the HELP key twice. A chat form will appear.
Type HDSK and hit GO to find previous correspondence with Bloomberg reps on your help questions.
Hit HELP key when viewing any screen to get additional information about that particular screen/function.
Type DOCS and hit GO to search for documentation.
