In Capital IQ select Companies > News, Events & Filings > Fillings and Annual Reports and search by company name or ticker.

Use LSEG Workspace (formerly Refinitiv Workspace) to find SEC filings for public companies:
•    Type a company name or ticker into the main search bar to load the company overview page.
•    Hover over the Filings tab and select Filings.
•    Use the filters on the left to search the available filings.

For a selection of worldwide reports, use the Bloomberg (available in the Financial Room of Barcelona IESE Library. Ask staff for password). Search for and display a company, and then type CF (Company Filings) and press <GO>. Navigate to Select Document Type and choose Annual Report, 10-K, 10-Q, or other filings.

In WRDS (you need to obtain your WRDS account): choose Compustat.

Company websites often have a section called "company information," "investor relations," or "financial information." Also try a site search on "annual report."

For websites go to:

  1. AnnualReports.com
  2. Annual Reports Service - The Public Register [Registration Required]
  3. SEC Filings (EDGAR) - Company Search: To order paper copies of SEC filings not available online, look at Requesting Public Documents
  4. SEDAR - Canadian public company filings.
