USA:

Consult and even download data from the Current Population Survey (CPS). Statistics can also be found on the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) web site.

Europe:

Labour Force Survey data on Eurostat. Click on "Statistical themes" > "Population and Social Conditions" > Labour market (including Labour Force Survey (LFS)) > Employment and unemployment

Spain:

For data on Spain consult EPA (Encuesta de población activa / Survey of Active Population) or the INE website.
