Bloomberg (available in the Financial Room of Barcelona IESE Library. Ask staff for password): Type your ticker symbol or company name and select the desired option. Choose 1) Company Overview, then select 5) Debt Distribution. Alternatively, type your ticker symbol, press the yellow <EQUITY> key, and then press <GO>. Type DDIS (Debt Distribution) and press <GO>. E.g. AAPL US <EQUITY> DDIS <GO>

LSEG Workspace (formerly Refinitiv Workspace): corporate debt and credit ratings are also available under the “Debt & Credit” tab of any company landing page.

Capital IQ: look under "Capital Structure Summary" and "Capital Structure Details."

PitchBook: search for a company by name, select the correct company from the search results, and open its profile page. Navigate to the "Capital Structure" tab, then scroll down to the "Debt Capital Structure" section.

Official Registers and Regulatory Agencies (Free);

  • SEC EDGAR (U.S.) - The new EDGAR advanced search gives you access to the full text of electronic filings since 2001.
  • Companies House (UK) – Financial and debt information on UK companies.
  • ESMA (Europe) – Publishes reports on bond issuances and regulatory compliance.

Public companies usually maintain an Investor Relations section on their website, where they publish financial reports, bondholder information, and earnings presentations.
