1. Your location (on-campus or off-campus?)
2. Your current status (professor, student, research assistant, alumni...)
3. The name of the database you are trying to access to
4. The name of the web browser you're using (Chrome, IE, Mozilla...)
5. A screenshot of any error message you receive
