Use Datastream, which is available from Barcelona and Madrid Libraries (through LSEG Workspace). Use the Datastream add-on in Excel and select Static Request, in Find series select Constituent Lists, and then search for the stock index that you want.
You can also use Yahoo! Finance. Click on Indices: World.
