Go to the following databases:
In ThomsonOne, find your company by searching for it using the Symbol/Name box, then select Filings folder under Company Views then on Company Filings. Note: this resource only works in Internet Explorer.
Compustat, provided by WRDS (you need to obtain your WRDS account).
SEC Filings & Forms (EDGAR): To order paper copies of SEC filings not available online, look at Requesting Public Documents.
For public websites go to Corporate Financials Websites:
Annual Reports Service - The Public Register [Registration Required]
SEC Info - US (SEC EDGAR) and Canada (CSA SEDAR)
SEDAR - Canadian public company filings.
The Annual Reports Library - "Resource for finding and evaluating annual reports".
To retrieve company financials as reported to the SEC, use ThomsonOne. Find your company by searching for it using the Symbol/Name box, then select Fundamentals > Reuters Fundamentals under Company Views. Select Orig. Reported under Update type from the Display Options. Keep the Report Format on the default option of Company Specific. Note: Thomson ONE only works using Internet Explorer.
Also, use Bloomberg (available in the Financial Room of Barcelona IESE Library. Ask staff for password). Type your company's ticker symbol, then hit the yellow EQUITY key, then type FA and hit the green GO key. In the left-hand column, click on As Reported or Standardized As Reported.
